We carried out an extensive refurbishment to this large property in Sheet, Hampshire, including a double storey extension. We sourced matching bricks and built the walls in English bond pattern which was then weather pointed so as to match the existing properties brickwork.

After building the rest of the walls up we were then able to cut and pitch a vaulted roof with dormers front and rear. All timber work was cut and shaped so as to match the existing woodwork. A set of bi-folding doors and a set of French doors were then cut into the existing house before it was all rendered and left ready to paint.

Internally we removed many walls using RSJ’s so as to make the property open plan. We fitted an oil powered boiler and laid under floor heating to the ground floor.
